# Contact Us

CoolApp Support will never reach out to you first. We will only respond if contacted.
There are two options get in touch with CoolApp Support:

Write in from within the app. Go to CoolApp Settings (profile) > Help > Contact us.
Alternatively, fill out this form: Contact Us.

Contact with CoolApp or any CoolApp representative will only come from an @coolapp.chat email address not from within the app.
